CultureWorks offers Quarterly Networking Mixers to create new relationships within our arts and culture community, as well as deepen relationships of artists and organizations currently working together.

Meet or reconnect with fellow artists and arts and culture administrators and leaders. Spark new, unexpected collaborations.

Attendees can look forward to:

  • Advocating for the Arts, a panel discussion featuring Jay Dick (Americans for the Arts), Janet Starke (Cultural Arts Center at Glen Allen; former ED at VCA, RPAA), and Damon Effingham (Wolf Trap Foundation; VFTA). Moderated by Lucretia Anderson (Richmond Forum).

  • Making Marketing Work for You, a presentation with Hodges Partnership

  • Meeting the Moment, a facilitated shared dialogue unpacking hot topics, successes, & challenges in the sector with Serena Fulton (Rootspace)
