Kelli Lemon is a "Social Entrepreneur/Consultant" that is passionate about changing how people "LIVE" in Richmond, Virginia. Formerly the Business Manager of Mama J's restaurant, Kelli is now working for herself (Like The Fruit, LLC) to socially connect people through food, sports, arts and education. She is an on air personality for Radio One Richmond's Kiss FM and iPower Richmond and hosts a weekly podcast and web series called "Coffee with Strangers". Kelli hosts various social events including The Richmond Jazz Festival, After Hours at The Virginia Museum of Fine Arts and Family Day at Lewis Ginter Botanical Gardens to name a few. She's also assisted in creating unique urban events in RVA including RVA Pop Up Parties, Hip Hop BINGO, Ready 2 Give Charity Events, Dinner and a DJ, HeART & Soul Brew Fest, Richmond Black Restaurant Experience and The Art of Noise. In a few weeks, Kelli plans to blend all of her talents as she opens her Urban Hang Suite concept in downtown Richmond. Hugh Joyce, president of James River Air Conditioning Company, has been working in the family HVAC/R service business since 1979. Hugh started as an installation helper, and has worked in service, sales, and management. He is currently sole shareholder and President of the Company.
James River and its affiliate, Whitescarver Engineering, service the Richmond / Central, Virginia and Roanoke, Virginia markets respectively. The firm focuses on service and replacement markets; for both residential and commercial HVAC, plumbing and electrical. In addition to HVAC, James River Air Conditioning is involved in Solar Energy and other sustainability Green Energy projects throughout Virginia.
Hugh attended University of Richmond and earned a B.S. Degree in Management with marketing and finance concentration.
He is also involved in the Real Estate business and owns and operates Gallery Flux in Ashland, VA, a fine art gallery. Finally, Hugh is a past Board of Director member of Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA), National and past president of the Central Virginia ACCA. Hugh lives in Montpelier with his wife, Temple and their two sons, Andy and Ben. His interests and hobbies include; running, hiking, skiing, art, guns, fishing, photography, real estate, boating, motorcycles, cars and flying. Hugh is an instrument rated private pilot.
