artoberVA 2017 was a fabulous success!  We had 320 unique experiences from over 153 arts and culture organizations in Richmond and the Tri-Cities for just October!  Plus our region saw 49 collaborations, 21 festivals, and 16 pop-up arts and culture experiences!
