The NEW cultureworks CALENDAR is live!
CultureWorks switched calendar services to Artsopolis, a platform that serves dozens of other arts agencies and cultural offices around the country.
In addition to enhanced user-friendliness, a cleaner, clearer look on desktop and mobile, and expanded event listing options including the ability to add video, accessibility offerings, and more, we are excited about NEW platform features:
Opportunities / Classifieds
Individuals, groups, and organizations will be able to submit opportunities open to artists and/or arts and culture professionals.
Think calls for artists, gallery submissions, auditions, residencies, arts-related job openings, workshops, and more!
Artist, Venue, and Organization Profiles
In addition to an updated version of our current organization/venue directories, individual artists will now be able to create a profile highlighting their work, services, and contact information, increasing accessibility to their work.
The entire CultureWorks team is excited for this transition, and we are hopeful that the upgrade and new features will elevate your experience and better serve you and your organization.

Q: I had an account on the old platform. Will my login information work on the new system?
A: Pre-existing users have two options: access their old account using the “forgot password” function, or create a new account.
To create a new account, select “register” and follow the prompts on-screen.
To access your old account on our new platform:
Click "Login" in the upper-right hand corner of your screen on your web browser
Note: On mobile, the Login button can be found by clicking the three lines in the upper-left hand corner
Select "Forgot your password?" next to the "Login" button
Enter your email address associated with your old account
Reset your password
Login to the new platform with your updated credentials
Q: My event was already submitted, approved, and published on the old calendar platform. Will I have to re-submit it?
A: Any event that was published to our calendar by April 23rd is actively being transferred to the new platform. Events through June 30 are being prioritized for transfer first. If your event takes place after June 30, it will be uploaded in the coming days and weeks.
Q: I am submitting on behalf of an organization and/or venue. How can I have control over my organization/venue’s page?
To request to link an account to an organization and/or venue that is active on our directories, click here. The user must already have an account to be linked.
Note: Linking your account to an organization/venue gives you the ability to update organization/venue directory content such as images, descriptions, location, etc. You are still able to submit on behalf of an organization/venue without your user account being linked.
Q: I don’t see my organization/venue listed in the directory. How can I add it?
Log in to your account and navigate to the user dashboard.
On the right-hand side, select “Organization” among the blue tab options. If submitting a Venue, select “Venue”.
Select “Profile”
Fill in the information about your organizations.
Select “Update Profile”
Once the CultureWorks team approves your submission, your organization/venue listing will be live.
Because you are creating an organization/venue while logged into your user account, your account will automatically be linked to your submission.
